No service provider

I sent in my phone for repairs, it took 7 weeks to get it back. They did not fix it saying I don't have insurance, when I do have insurance. So back in it goes for repairs ( another few weeks) only for them to tell me they can't fix the phone. Eventually they said they will replace the phone and phoned me to tell me the phone is on the way and to go pick it up in store. When I got to the store there was no phone. Tried phoning them in store and they said it will still be dispatched and to check in again in a day or two. A week later I still do not have a phone!! I have been a client with Autopage for quite a few years and have a very high monthly phone bill, and need m phone for business .It has been almost 2 months and I am tired of not having a phone that I am paying for!!!
