NO service or customer relations

I upgrated to an Iphone 5C in May 2014 at Autopage Cellular (Amanzimtoti-Galleria Mall). Towards the end of last year the phone would switch off by itself and would not come on again. I took the phone to Autopage in Galleria mall, they said to me that the find my iphone service was on, but I had switched it off and I sent the proof to them via e-mail.
