no service on my phone and bad service at the call

i have phoned your call Centre twice to sort out a signal problem, as since last night i have had no service at all. only on for a moment and then goes off. the first time i spoke to a consultant and said i must restart my phone and i asked if she will phone me back or must i call her back to which she did not respond and put me on hold and cut me off. i phoned back and got a different operator who i explained my \no service"problem since last night and that i have reset my phone twice already. he then asked me: \""So how can i help you with your problem?\"" after expaining my problem a second time"
