No service - no answer - no Reference

I want to cancel my AutoPage contract, as this service provider is only good to you if you are a R2 000 contract holder and if you downgrade your contract then you don't get any-ware and they charge you always more than the contract the offered you, don't even assist to keep your contract in business. (Yes I was on a business contract and got sick, therefore I had to downgrade my contract, budget is crucial at the moment!)<br> <br> I phoned last week and the said I should coll on the 29th and give notice to cancel my contract. I phoned, Lebo put met trough to Adrie (Cancellations Department) and I informed her that I want to cancel my contract and keep my number. She said she can't do that and can't give me a reference number. I want to cancel my contract, tired of paying and not having money to pay for food. I was on the line for 23 minutes, tried to phone again, was on hold for 5 minutes and decided this is pathetic! I want to cancel and I want to do it NOW!
