No service for 16 days
I got a sim swap on the 26th of October but have had 'no service' since that day, I can't make or receive calls or send sms, I have no service. I have called the autopage call centre EVERY SINGLE DAY since October 26 and have been told to wait 2 -24 hours every single day. Even though i haven't had service for over half a month now, my debit order seems to be working just fine!<br> I have no idea what to do now, I'm so done!
