No Service - Call Centre NO HELP at ALL

I have been struggling longer than a week to get the GPRS / Data on my phone fixed. After calling the call Centre numerous times I went into a Auto page outlet in the Somerset Mall who in turn sent me to a Samsung Care Centre. My phone was there for a day getting updates etc.. After receiving my phone back the data was on for exactly 2 hours. I called Autopage again and after a 20min conversation explaining that it cannot be the phone they logged a call (ref 626701). Late on Friday the data was on and on Sunday evening it stopped working again.<br> <br> I tried phoning the call Centre again this morning. Got through to an operator before I could say anything phone was either put down or the line was cut off. Phoned again and after holding on for 12 min without going through to an operator, I put down.<br> <br> So frustrated as I do a lot of my business and personal work on my phone email etc..<br>
