NO SERVICE

Good Day On the 28 December 2015 I went to Autopage at Gallagher Mall and I requested my cell phone to be CONVERTED TO prepaid, REFERENCE ***. To date this has NOT MATERIALISED. I now have to wait another month for cancellation to happen. I WANT THIS NUMBER ON PREPAID EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and I am not prepared to wait another month
