NO SERVICE

On 4 Dec 2014,I emailed [Email Removed] asking to cancel 2 cellphone contracts that expire end Jan2015. Had to give 1 months notice. I rcvd TWO notifications & a phone call from LYDIA confirming cancellation.She told me that between 28th-31st Janboth cellphones will transfer to \prepaid"for 60 days & my debit order will be cancelled. I called her to confirm this +- 15th Jan as I know that Autopage are useless. She told me that I must not worry"
