No Service

I had an upgrade done and selected a sony Xperia M 4 as my upgrade, the instrument was delivered with out the nano sim card, this was eventually delivered on the 18th of August.<br> As my upgrade date was the 10th of September I was told to phone in on the 10th to activate the sim card, the first call to the call center on the 10th , I was told that the activation will take 24 hours , after waiting the 24 hours the sim card was still not activated , back to the call center ( to date 5 calls at approximately 8 mins per call) still no joy.<br> I tried to get hold of some management member , but via a call center that is impossible!!!!
