NO SERVICE

I cant complain about the service because there isn't any service whatsoever. Sales staff and manager had bad attitude and are unwilling to help to refund or exhange faulty samsung galaxy s6 smartphone i bought for 11 000 rand that was faulty and only two days old. They told me that i am not in my right as a consumer to return unsolicated goods for a full refund or exhange that are less than 7 days old from the date it was purchased . I am both shocked and suprised by the way they treat customers . When i asked to speak to the owner or branch manager they refused to give me his number and gave me an e mail adress. I will defnitely take this matter further .
