no service

No help from customer care and no branches open to assist. Being chatted and not receiving data. Now been informed my package has changed. Since yesterday so my data has disappeared Abbs my credit fir calls. No help from customer care, ask to speak to management or supervisor and they promptly cut you off. Tried to call 6 times since and street bookends just continously get cut off. I'm now cancelling my debit order until such time someone contacts me. I believe they are quick to take the money but no time to assist their clients. I've had my contract for 10yrs and this is what I get in return.
