no return of good and unfair judgement

I booked a laptop in for repairs in January 2014 for repairs at Altech AutoPage at the Grove Mall, to date i have not received my device back and know one at Altech Autopage can give me answers. The account is under my mother's name but i am responsible for the account as the device was used by me. This device has been to the service center for so long that i have even lost the 3G stick and the SIM card for that matter. <br> Account has been handed over and every time their debt collectors call me how do they expect me to pay for something i do not have and they tell me they will get back to me this never happens. Same with Altech Autopage fiance people i told the the same but no one was ever willing to help me. Only recently a lady by the name of Jane who has left the company probably for obvious reasons assisted me and a gentleman by the name of Wisani. But this has not been fruitful as i still dont have my device back
