No Return due to Damaged box

i bought a BlueTooth Buddy for one of our truck drivers, and on returning to site, he advised that it didn't work well as he already had one.<br> Today i tried to return the item...still in its original package taken from the store.<br> I was told that the box was damaged and i could return it as the policy state that it must returned in its original packaging.<br> I told the Jimmy that this is exactly how i took the item out the store, and he refused and insisted that i opened the item.<br> The lady that helped me, took the item from the shelf, charged me and bagged it.<br> <br> I Will keep the item, but i am ashamed to be part of this country, where lies and deceit is the order of the day.<br> <br> Heres to autopage...employing people that hold your name up...in disgrace.<br> and 2 thumbs up to Jimmy for professionalism, ethics, and honesty...
