No response to request for invoices & statements

Wochem c.c. was a Nashua Mobile client. Two cell phone contracts where ported to Alutech Autopage as they are Cell C contracts. I have sent at least 5 e-mails during the course of March requesting February '15 statements and invoices so that payment can be effected. How difficult is it to e-mail a client this information. I am fed up as there is no Alutech Autopage in Port Shepstone to pop into and request this information. The call centre is totally ineffective. I rue the day that these accounts where handed to Alutech Autopage by Nashua Mobile. I sincerely hope that this posting results in getting the invoices and statements required.
