No response on request to settle cell phone contra

I have a documented contract settlement quote from Altech Auto Page. When trying to pay the amount, neither the Highveld mall branch or the head office in Midrand can help me. <br> I have spoken to Anna at Highveld Mall on 27/08/2015 13/09/2015 and 14/09/2015. I have made the settlement payment on Anna's request on 13/09/2015.I have document proof of these attempts.<br> I have communicated to Evelyn at head office on 14/09/2015.<br> I had internet requests on 13/05/2015, 01/09/2015 and about 3 other attempts which does not appear on me history. I have reported that.<br> There is still no response from Altech Autopage.<br> Autopage tel nr ***.<br> <br>
