No response, no help

I moved from cell c, to autopage because they had the phone I was looking for(6/10/15). Waited a week because the phone needed to be ordered. I have no problem with that. The person that helped me assured me that she will call me when the device is ready to pick up. She never called me. Eventually I called and went to pick up the device (15/10/15). She told me that the device would transfer Sim cards automatically and if it doesn't, I should let her know. The next day I called her, and eventually I got hold of her. She told me she will call head office to find out more and let me know. She didn't. On 17/10/15 I called again and I left her a message to call me, she never did. Today ,(19/10/15) I still can't use my device because it's not registered pn the network. I called her twice and and she only left a message saying I will have to wait one more day. Again she would've called me back in an hours time. Still waiting.<br> Can I please return my device so I can get a contract elsewhere.
