NO RESPONSE FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT

My I-phone 5 has been in repair since 28 November , 2014 . After numerous calls and visits to the store , I was advised a couple of weeks ago that the phone could not be repaired and would be replaced as it is still under Warranty. I'm still waiting !!!!!<br> <br> This morning, I wrote to Customer services asking for a senior manager/director to contact me to discuss this SHOCKING SERVICE - Guess what - No response.
