NO RESPONSE from Altec Autopage
I have been trying for a year to transfer my phone contract from my brother's to my name.<br> I completed all the relevant documentation and handed it in on time early 2014. Altec Autopage, Worcester then lost everything. I then went through the entire process again and sent it to Marianne at the Worcester branch in 30/06/2014, she acknowledged the receipt there off. When I got no feedback I reminded her again on the 28/11/2014 and I haven't received any feedback yet.
