No Response after 5 calls

Once again I have to resort to pages such as Hellopeter because my query on my billing is not being dealt with. I now have 2 reference numbers and still no one has come back to me. 5 phonecalls later. It's now been a month that I've waited for a reply. I now get a notification from Vodacom about the imminent transfer on my contract within the next 30 days. Is this how you treat customers that have been with you for 18 years Autopage? It's disgusting. Unless someone comes back to me in the next 24 hours I am coming to your offices and I can promise you it's not going to be a pleasant conversation.
