No response

I have not to date received a response or follow up From Altech, despite numerous calls no one seems to know what's happening and no one in a position of management is able to take my calls, its so Effing frustrating that you purchase a devise with the intention of it being in good order only to find out its defect and there's no quality check done, Altech you are pathetic with your service, and response, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! I shall report to Nokia and the credit regulator as well
