No response

I was initially with Nashua Mobile and they were taken over by ALtech Autopage a few months ago - since then i have become a default client of theirs.<br> I am eligible for and would like to upgrade my cell phone contract.<br> Have called the call-centre MULTIPLE times within past 10 days and each time it says \transferring you to an operator"then CLICK its blank and the call is dropped.<br> So I resort to sending a \""contact me\"" form through the Website ... an auto-reply says someone will contact me within 7 days ... but No reply at all so far --- NOTHING<br> SO now i am wondering WHY am I actually trying to retain my business with this company that i never chose to join in the first place? They certainly are not too fussed about me"
