No respons after my complain

I had a complain about Autopages servise last month about our broken phone and that they did not repaire it. After the warrenty closes they let us know we could come and fetch the phone. As I say, they could not repair it but because it s warrenty has run out in the mean time, they not going to replace the phone. I received a call from them a week after my HelloPeter complain. After that, I have never heard of Autopage or the resolvement of the problem ever agian. Will someone help me please? Thank you<br> Christelle ***
