No respect

Hello<br> <br> My father passed away and I am trying to arrange for the contract which was in my father's name to be transferred to my mother's name. Yesterday I call the Centurion branch and asked if they could please email me the contract. The guy answering the phone said no it will be to many pages. After asking again he said he will but he will email me page by page. Needless to say I never received that email. Trying to call them does not help as it seems they don't know how to answer a phone.<br> <br>
