On the 20th of march my cellphone got ******.<br> I took an old phone, got a sim-card and had a sim-swap.<br> After a hi-cups that was done, but my cellphone had a softlock.<br> There isn't any reason because I'm on prepaid.<br> The phone number of theirs is forever out of order and there isn't any reply from them.<br> The last email I got from Sandra on last friday was that the have locked it again from their service desk...<br> what ever that means!? <br> Why that is I don't know, when it's going to be unlocked I don't know.<br> WHAT HAPPENS!!!
