NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS. DISHONEST COMPANY

In the beginning of Dec 2015 I attempted to purchase a cell phone back cover and a screen protector for my new Samsung. The staff member, that helped me, offered to fit the products I had bought onto my phone. I agreed. During this process I decided to pay the invoiced amount in the mean time whilst he fitted the product.<br> Turns out that after my payment had been submitted (with my debit card), the staff member realised that the cover did not fit the phone. So I requested a refund which is standard procedure. Copies were made of all documents and I was promised a full refund into my bank account. <br> To this day, I am still waiting for my refund and every time I go into the store they claim ignorance.<br> So I have finally accepted that I will not be receiving my refund.<br> PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SHARKS!!!!!<br> <br>
