No reception, No feedback. 2 months, 5 logs.

A week before May I moved in my new house in Lonehill. I noticed I had no reception on one of my two phones, both cell C (Through Autopage). Since that day I have laid 4 complaints and received 4 reference numbers. I have sent emails, and i have filled in forms. Not once has a single person phoned me back to report on the situation, and I still have no reception at home. I loose 3.5GB + 4GB nigh data a month for which i am paying over a thousad rand a month, and not even receiving a call back. Cell c says they cant help me because i am not on their system.<br> <br> What am i suppose to do. This is breach of contract, and no one cares?<br> <br>
