No phone, No contract?

Good day<br> <br> I have went to Menlyn Autopage to inquire if I would qualify for a new contact, I did . I started the paper work but the phone I wanted was out of stock. I went to collect my phone a week later on 17 December. I signed the contract.<br> <br> 1)They had a problem with the passwords for their safe and after I waited two hours I was told to come back the next day. They also did not have the \free' gift which is a selfie stick in stock. <br> <br> I got my phone the next day 18 December. I was told it would take about 24 hours for the "swap\"" to happen and I will have my old number but on contract and not on pre-paid.<br> <br> 2) the screen on my phone died that Monday 21 December"
