No option to speak to a consultant

I have two contract with Autopage for my children and the first one has been extended without my consent nor my daughter's. I have been trying to get through their call centre for the past two months with no luck as the lengthy options by the machine do not put you through to speak to a consultant. I have submitted a query on the website and today there has been no call.
