No one seems to work at the call centre

I am trying upgrade because there is no Autopage store close to me. Is it company policy to make you wait over an hour in the call queue? Very disgusting of you Autopage, no wonder you are selling this department off. Next time answer you phones. This is ridiculous, now I will probably have to waste another hour just to find out no one bothers to answer phones.
