No-one gets back to me regarding my query
I received an astronomic bill for my Data contract, and have been trying since 9h00 this morning to speak to a manager. The call centre either does not answer their phones, or cut me off when transferring me to a manager. I have left a message for someone to phone me, and I have sent a few e-mails, and no-one gets back to me.
