NO one gets back to me

Someone needs to contact me today and get me my refund sent to me<br> <br> I have spent over R500 airtime this past week trying to sort out a problem and they say they will call back and never do. I dont get called back or given feedback whatsoever even though I request it and urgent responses. I logged a service desk request a month ago because I was billed for night owl bundles that were not activated and still dont have an answer, Autopage says it takes 7 to 14 days for a response it has been a month!! I want an answer and my refund today<br> <br> I am so sick and tired of autopage and non existent customer service<br> <br> <br> Reference numbers: 721372 and 692111<br>
