No one answers the phone

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I have been trying to get through for the past 30mins. Can someone please call me ASAP!!! I ordered a once off gig data bundle and it has passed the 24 hour period. Could a manager call me please...<br> <br> This is my first ever complaint after being a loyal customer for +-3 years, all my peers have said to move away from your company but never encountered any problems until now. You website says the call centre is open until 10pm and its only 7pm now.<br> <br> All I get is a mute tone, I work in a call centre and that looks like someone is pressing the mute button. <br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Mr Fick
