no migration, no data, LIES

I am so frustrated and will never renew my contact through autopage again. I've been calling your call centre numerous times this month asking where my data and minutes are. Twice on 4 July and was told to wait till the 23rd twice yesterday and was told to wait until midnight. Called this morning and told there is nothing on the system and I'm still on my old package. Then why the hell haven't I received my old allocation! Now I must wait another 24 to 48 hours to follow up. What is the point! Its been a whole month and I've had no data! This is ridiculous! The communication is awful! Noone tells me the same thing and I swear they **** to me about even getting it on the 23rd just to get me off the phone! I'm an angry customer. Very very angry. I better not be billed for this month because I've received nothing! The so called smooth transition from nashua is a lie too. I wish I had never renewed my contract with you!
