No mention of extra charges for upgrade

I'm very disappointed to be told I can upgrade early only to realise 3 months later I have charged a double \device fee"of R 220 for this \""service\"" I had to wait out the full 24 months before the contract kicks in anyway so why is this being charged!<br> I was never told about this extra charge or I would never have done the transaction. I have been with Autopage for many many years and now i'm wondering how many other things I wasn't warner about. I refuse to pay this fee which I was not told about."""
