No ITC number

Where the **** is my ITC number? I stopped my sim and blocked my fone after lunch yday. I was told I would get the number in 2-4 hrs....then was told bet 2-24hrs....its well over 24hrs and i need it to claim againts my insurance!!! Also, i been online for about 20mins calling abt 6 times and the call just cuts or there is just a dead sound...***??? No wonder yorl are going out of business!! I want my ITC ****n number!!!
