No Info on Upgrade - Package being Delivered today

I was in contact with Girly Molotsane regarding an upgrade on my contract. On 2015/02/17 I sent a mail to her with a printscreen of an upgrade, enquiring about data included. I phoned Autopage as well. The Consultant to whom I spoke could not find the deal, and said that I should do it via my logon on Autopage's upgrades and that a Consultant will then contact me within 24 hours to confirm.
