No help

On Monday my phone was Rica Blocked,although I have done a Rica. Went into Autopage Brakpan to hear whats going on,they tell me I did a Rica but will do it again and my phone will work in 2-24 hours. Tuesday phone still not working,went back same story. Have been back every day and every day same story<br> ..Today has been the 5th day and my phone is still blocked. They told me its not their fault but the network aka MTN,but cant explain why its only my phone. Sick and tired of having to go back every day and hearing the same story. Thinking of cancelling all my contracts with them. The worst service ever.
