no help

my Cell phone account is +- R 2500 - R 3000 per month and for the month of August I received an account for R 9220. I reversed my debit order and put an query through to autopage were they told me that I used 11gig of data so I asked them to give me the imei no with the ip address of the phones and I have received and email stating its been resolved but yet no imei no nor ip address given to me. I still have not received my statement for the month of September and my phone has been disconnected 4 times already and if you phone in they transfer you to 7 different people. and no supervisors are available as they as always in meetings.
