On the 03.02.2015 I sent a \My Limit"form at 12:21pm which was received by you as I got back a confirmation email from Altech Autopage Cellular: Service Desk Notification at 12:22pm. On the form I indicated that all my numbers have my limit placed on them as you can go back to the call I made that very day as 'ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED\"" . Two weeks ago I got a super high bill and I immediately called your call center "
