No feedback on complaints in two weeks

It has been longer than 2 weeks now that I have raised a complaint on my contract. They just added two 3gig data bundles on my account without any consent of any sort. And they already deducted it from my account as well. I want my money back. All they say is I have to wait for head office for feedback,but no one at Altech can help me or give me any details on my complaint. They are really *********** and if no one does anything about this I will stop my debit orders and my contracts with them. Because this is unacceptable.
