No feedback from complaint logged more than a week

I previously logged a complaint on hello peter about my billing being incorrect for the last 8 months with various issues like a failed migration , then wrong billing and added charges on a top up contract that was supposed to have a fixed monthly amount but keeps going up every month. I even messaged the Manager Bilal directly myself and to date he has not even responded to me . I do not understand what calibre of people these are ,. The manager reads my messages and doesn't even respond. Its 8 months later and my account still has issues. Its really disappointing that people like this even exist in this profession . I want my billing rectified or else as promised this will go to the Ombudsman.
