No feedback from Autopage for more than 1 year

Logged various issues with my accounts with Altech Autopage during 2014, March. Then after that another 7-9 calls with reference numbers from my side to rectify the issues. Every time they promise someone will contact me, but nothing happens. This has been going on for more than a year. I have logged a complaint before on this platform and Autopage responded by saying they will contact me, but one year later and I am no closer to getting my overpayments back nor any contact from Autopage. this is truly the worst service I have EVER experienced in my life.
