no feedback and no help

i sent my phone in for repairs and after almost 2 months i haven't received any feedback of my phone, the lady keeps telling me she's gotten no email from the repairs department. she keeps on telling me she will phone but nothing happens. so i phone customer service with a reference number regarding my phone and they also couldn't help me. so my phone is now lost and nobody wants to help me. Altech Autopage has the worst service i have ever seen. they will soon hear from my lawyers
