No feedback

I have done a upgrade with autopage. 2 days later the phone's auto rotate stopped working. Took it to the east rand mall branch. They said I will receive a new phone. Almost 2 weeks now and im still without a phone. They promise to phone back but never do. Their service is the worst I have ever encountered. I am without a phone and nobody lets me know what the hell is going on
