NO FEEDBACK!!

i never received a statement nor itemise billing since my account was handed over to Altech Autopage from Nashua Mobile. Yet i smses stating that my account is in arriers and they going to suspend my line. i have requested statements and itemise billing since Jan 2015. Tsepho in accounts read her email that i have sent her and more that i week later i still have no replay. she is very rude, puts the phone down in your ear and doent listen to what you request. when i ask to speak to a manager then i get told there is no manager available. They debit my account for but they cant sent me proof of a tax invoice nor statement
