It's been almost three months since I lodged a complaint with them but still my problem reminds unresolved. None of the promises made to trace my imei number to process my insurance claim has been fulfilled. Been to there different branches and yet no joy is being had. They treat customers like dirt when asking for follow ups and they never return calls.
