No delivery with constant excuses & empty promises

I phoned Autopage to activate a once off data bundle on my account the consultant casually told me that it might be loaded immediately sometimes takes two hours or even 24-48 hours??? the first day passed with no data, I phoned again to be told that the data wasn't loaded because the network was down and they will have it loaded before the end of the day at 5pm, no surprise nothing happened, waited the whole weekend and nothing. Called them again and guess what the data was not loaded?!!!! and was told that my line needs to be opened and this will only happen on 1 Aug and that I must just go load data myself in the mean time, I told the consultant I would in that case need to close my account due to lack of service and she said she will make a note that I'm unhappy, No Kidding! WHY OFFER A SERVICE THAT DOESNT WORK? or at least contact me to tell me that it can't be done, this kind of service is what gives our country a bad name.
