No Delivery and now they charging me cancelation

Good Day <br> <br> I had a complain on 3 March 2015 with Auto page up until to date it was not solved now they Charging me R 450 every month, for a phone that was not delivered. I have logged a query with them 2 weeks ago to find why they charging me. they did not deliver the phone as promised I am waiting for 3 months now after I have asked them to cancel everything they started charging me fees. No come on man this is not fair. I am sitting without a phone. I just want to get rid of this company don't want to have any dealings with them. This is such a horrible experience. Please sort this once and for all I don't want to do any business with you'll anymore you'll are disgusting don't have respect for you'll clients. Please help me to sort this out.
