No data or SMS received as per my contract

For years I have been on pay as you go and have decided its time for a new phone. I took out a contract with Altech Autopage on 29 May 2015. As per my contract I am suppose to receive 50 anytime minutes 50 SMS as well as 100 data. They told me that I have been getting the anytime minutes, but not the data and SMS's. I also asked for proof that they have given me the anytime minutes. Years ago when I had a contract with MTN at least I have received an SMS to confirm that they have given you the free minutes. <br> <br> I have been mailing and contacting not only Altech but also MTN and still have not received the data nor the SMS.<br> <br> I am just fed up with poor service delivery and the long time they are trying to resolve my problem. I wonder if they eventually do it would it be for 17 June and 17 July - I expect it to be double.<br> <br> I should have listened to my husband he told me to go to Vodacom and not MTN again.<br> <br>
