no customer servicr

Everytime I try to phone somebody, my phone says I have insufficient funds. I cannot go onto the internet either. Therefore I now have to use someone else's phone to use the Internet to complain about not having Internet! I phoned the customer service and their excuses was they couldn't access their systems, they couldn't even give me a reference number, had to phone a number that wasn't even toll free, which meant I had to use my own airtime, just to find out that I've waisted my time and my airtime. This problem with my airtime is not a full time problem, but happens 80% of the time. I don't know what to do anymore as this is so frustrating and I work for a company where I need to be able to make calls all day long and cannot sit with these problems. Regards, Michael
